For how long will we store your personal data?
Your data will be stored for one year unless you exercise your right to cancel your agreement with our privacy policy before this time. After this one-year period, your CV will be automatically deleted and destroyed.

HOLOS may only have restricted permission to browse through or remove access to your data, based on its specific profile on the social network in question. We will process your data for as long as you allow us to by following us, being friends with us, or clicking “like”, “follow” and similar buttons.
You must make any changes or limitations on access to information or publications via your personal profile settings on the social network in question.

Do we process third-party data?
No, as a rule, we only process data provided to us by the data subject. If you provide us with third-party data, you should have previously informed the party in question and requested their consent, failing this, we are not responsible for non-compliance with this requirement.
Do we process the personal data of children?
No, we do not process the personal data of children under 18. Thus, you should not provide us with your personal data if you fall into this age category – HOLOS is not responsible for non-compliance with this requirement.
Will we communicate with you using electronic means?
We will only do this in order to address your queries if you have given us permission to contact you in this way.
If we send you commercial communications, you will have previously given your express consent to this form of communication.
Will we send you commercial communications to you using electronic means?
If we have your permission (by ticking the corresponding checkbox), we may send you communications, newsletters or news about our services to the address provided to HOLOS.
You can withdraw your consent to receive these communications by asking to UNSUBSCRIBE from our services.
How do we keep your personal information secure?
We have implemented an optimal level of personal data protection for the data we process, and we have installed all the technical support available to us in line with the current state of technology to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised use and theft of personal data.
We use information security technology that matches the industry standard in order to prevent unauthorised access to data, including firewall protection, access control procedures and encryption. To achieve these goals, the user/client agrees for the service provider to obtain data for the corresponding authentication of access controls if needed.
